directly to a secondary school certifying official. The letter will confirm the student’s VA Benefit program
eligibility and request official “Guest VA Certification” for transferable coursework to be completed at that

I have confirmed with my program adviser that the courses listed above will meet outstanding requirement(s)for my degree. I am aware that I am required to report ALL changes in my registration to the School Certifying Official at the secondary school AND Veteran Student Services at CSUMB immediately so that my payment eligibility can be re-evaluated if necessary.
