The WCMS Media Center has special book collections that are considered Young Adult (YA) literature. Many of the books are award winning or nominated books that are selected to promote teen literacy. These books have been screened but may include some mature language and scenes including coming of age, relationships, and issues faced by teens.
This permission form must be completed by the parent/guardian if desired to allow the student to check out a YA book. These books are labeled with a YA sticker in the media center.
