My goal in offering these yoga classes is to promote the idea of leading a joyful and healthy life through the harmonization of body movement and breath. This practice not only nurtures physical well-being but also cultivates mental balance. Energy exchange fee for online classes 

1) Group Class: Beginner to Intermediate Class:

3 Days per week for a month: रु3,300/
5 Days per week for a month: रु4,000/

Maximum Batch Size: 10

2) Group Class: Capsule Yoga Class (30 mins Yoga Class for super busy people):

5 Days per week for a month: रु3,000/

Maximum Batch Size: 10

3) Group Class: Senior Citizen Yoga

5 Days per week for a month: रु5,000/

Maximum Batch Size: 5

4) Personalized Class (1:1) Elemental Yoga Approach

A) 3 days a week for a month:  रु7,500/
B) 5 days a week for a month:  रु12,000/ + 1 complimentary session
C) 5 sessions: 700*5 = 3,500/
D) 10 sessions: 650*10 = 6,500/
F) 20 sessions: 555*20 = 11,100/ + 1 complimentary session

5) Ask for 3 months, 6 months and 12 months subscription for group class or personalized class.

Your classes are only confirmed when you make a commitment by paying the fees. 
This way you would be clear about committing towards the class as well. Send a screenshot for confirmation. I appreciate if we respect each others time.

We all come from different backgrounds, times & economies are hard too since 2020. In case you find sending the maximum fee difficult then make it as per your own wish*. No questions asked in this regard. But don't stop the journey of Yoga.

* The only condition that you will have to maintain to be part of make payment as per your own wish is to attend all classes. The day you miss even one class be it anything (of-course considering the extreme situations of life) is when you pay whole amount for the month. It is a commitment.

The idea is to have an impactful session than just casually hop around classes. There are no free trail classes because anything that comes for free may not be seen with a value they provide.

You acknowledge that the teacher/instructor taking the session reserves the right to modify or adapt the class content or structure as needed.

You understand that you have the right to withdraw from participating in any class at any time if you feel uncomfortable or if you believe that continuing to participate would pose a risk to your health or safety.

You agree to treat the instructor and fellow participants with respect and courtesy, maintaining a positive and supportive atmosphere during the classes.

You understand that participating in online classes may involve sharing your video and audio feed with the instructor and other participants, and you consent to this sharing of information.

You acknowledge that the instructor(s) leading the classes have the right to enforce any necessary rules or guidelines to ensure the smooth and safe conduct of the classes.

You consent to the use of any photographs, videos, or other digital content taken during the classes for promotional or educational purposes on social media or other platforms. If you do not wish for your image/video or likeness to be used in this manner for personalized classes, please notify the instructor in writing on email (
