New instructional materials are reviewed by and recommended to the superintendent by a committee that includes parents, community members, teachers and school principals. If you would like to apply to be a part of this committee, please complete this form.

**Please note that completing this form does not guarantee a spot on the committee. Members will be selected with the goal of representing every school level, as well as the various geographic regions of the district.**
