Booths and food serving areas must be neat and clean with no visible storage. Note, there is no storage other than behind your stand.
All tables must be covered to the ground. Vendors must provide their own displays and tables. For safety, all spaces must be self-contained and not accessible to the public (i.e. no grills/stoves on the sidewalk or located in an area which is open to the public).
All food vendor applicants must provide a Certificate of Insurance naming the Hershey-Derry Township Historical Society and Township of Derry as an additional insured. Policy coverage must be in effect the day of the Festival. A minimum of $300,000 each occurrence limit is required.

Space Fee
Food vendor space assignments are always in 10’ increments. The formula below defines how we calculate space fees for food vendors.
Spaces must include all areas used including condiment tables, coolers/generators, etc.
(ft.)Width (X) (ft.) Length = Space Fee
Examples: (10’ x 10’ = $100, 10' x 20' = $200)

Space assignment information will be sent by May 1, and is subject to change at the sole discretion of the organizers. Booth fees are non-refundable after acceptance and payment.

Please note payment is NOT accepted until you are approved for participation in the show. Upon receipt of your application, we will review the registration form and notify you within 10 days with an electronic acceptance notice, as well as a payment link.

Applicants and participants of Hershey ArtFest & Flower Show hereby release all parties involved, including but not limited the Hershey-Derry Township Historical Society and the Township of Derry from any and all liabilities arising from the Hershey ArtFest & Flower Show. Any vendor not abiding by the rules and regulations of the festival will not be permitted to return.
