Welcome! I'm glad that you will be joining the September Equinox(ish) Restorative Nature Walk!

Location: Mni Owe Sni -- Coldwater Spring at 5601 Minnehaha Park Drive, Minneapolis. (Hwy 55 & 54th Street in Minneapolis)

Date & Time: Sunday, September 24, 2023 at 2pm. Nature walks typically take about 2 hours, but the actual length may depend on weather conditions.

Trail conditions: We will be on well-travelled dirt trail, though people may choose to wander off the trail at points. The terrain is oak savannah (prairie-like) and woods. If you need specific trail conditions to support your abilities, please let me know in the space provided below.

Please Bring:  Sun protection and bug repeller as appropriate. Rain gear if raining.

Weather: The walk will continue as planned if it rains and is still safe to hold a walk. If there is severe weather, the walk will switch to zoom, with a focus on connecting with nature from within your home or yard.  (Yes! Nature is with us everywhere, we just need to open to it!)

Parking & Transportation: Nearby meters cost about $5.00 for 2 hours. Registrants will be sent an email about a week before the walk with a parking map and with information about public transit if that is a preferable option.
