MCC East Bay is honored to operate a food pantry serving about 220 families each week with non-perishable grocery items and everyday essentials.
During the COVID-19 crisis, the food pantry is providing pre-packaged bags of non-perishables staples such as: rice, beans, cereal, canned veggies, tuna, peanut butter, jam as well as fresh vegetables and fruits (varies each week based on funding).
We are also able to provide certain everyday essentials (upon request) such as: toiletries, diapers, wipes, etc.
We offer a Saturday drive-thru pick up service where community members can drive to MCC and pick up pre-packaged bags & essentials from our pantry. Volunteers will place the items in your trunk without your leaving your vehicle.
We also offer a delivery service of pre-packed bags & essentials. This service is limited to seniors, those with low immunity, or those who absolutely cannot leave their homes (mothers with young children, etc).
To sign-up for either the pick-up or delivery service, please fill in the form below, or call our pantry hotline at (925) 272-8325. This MCC hotline is staffed 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. daily.
Once we receive your request, we will be in touch within 24 hours to coordinate with you.
