INTRODUCTION TO GEOSPATIAL DATA
NLT is proud to support selected participants who are interested in increasing their geospatial knowledge by offering a limited number of scholarships to the "Introduction to Geospatial Analysis" class we are teaching in partnership with General Assembly.

During the bootcamp, students will learn how satellite data can be utilized to interpret, analyze and address some of the most challenging questions about processes on Earth – economic, social and environmental. The bootcamp will provide a brief introduction to geospatial data science and a set of tools for satellite image analysis and interpretation that are key for any informed decision and policy making. It will also introduce students to the JavaScript API of Google Earth Engine, a cloud-based computational platform for geospatial ML and AI analysis at scale.

Tickets to this workshop are $75. Details for the workshop are included below.

Event Timing: Thursday, August 8, 2019, from 6:30 – 9:30 pm EDT
Event Address: 509 7th Street NW, 3rd Floor, Washington, D.C. 20004
