This is the registration form to sign up to play in our BE ELITE volleyball tournaments in Lehi.

CHECK IN and START TIME
May 10 - 9:30am check in. 10am start
Spring: 8:30am check in. First serve by 9am
Summer: 7:30am check in. First serve by 8am
Fall:  9:30am check in. First serve by 10am

DIVISIONS
Girls 18,17,16,15,14,13,12
Boys 18,17,16,15,14,13,12
All divisions are 2 v 2

COST:
2v2 Teams - Early: $55/team. Late: $70 per team 
3v3 Teams - Early: $70/team. Late: $100 per team
Late is within 1 week of tournament
