This is a two-day field trip: September 25 & 26. If you are accepted to participate, you must make arrangements to arrive at the Phoenix Convention Center no later than 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, September 25th, and depart no sooner than 9:00 p.m., Thursday, September 26th. Conference registration, transportation to Phoenix and lodging at the Annual Meeting are at your own expense. Field-trip registration and all related trip expenses, including overnight lodging during the trip will be covered. IAGD student travel grants will also be available.
