If you would like an official transcript, printed, signed, and sealed in an envelope you will need to request it in the counseling office. You are required to stamp and mail your own transcript.
For all BYU affiliated schools- Initial application will include self-reported grades. Upon acceptance to the school, you can request a printed transcript at the bottom of this form that you are responsible for delivering to BYU.
For University of Utah- Complete the Common Application. As part of the process you will submit your counselor's email, who will then be notified to submit your transcript via the Common Application.
For out-of-state schools, request a printed transcript.
