Hamilton Pagan Pride Day is excited to once again offer entertainment! We invite musicians, dancers, live painters, story tellers and other creative performances. Please come and share your talent, knowledge and passion.
We will have a microphone (Possibly more mics) but do not have electricity for amps. Our only power source is a small generator.
Performance windows are negotiable - let us know how much time you would like and we will try to accommodate you.

Deadlines:
- Application deadline is Mon., June 30th, 2025
- All performance applicants (accepted and not accepted) will be notified by Mon., July 7th, 2025.
Note: Some performers may be notified prior to the deadline.
This event is FREE for public to attend!
PLEASE CAREFULLY READ ALL THE RULES, BEFORE YOU APPLY :
1. Decision on performances is done by committee, and an audition may be required. Simply applying does not guarantee that you can perform at this event. Please fill out the application to the best of your ability with as much detail as possible.
2. Performers are not allowed to propagate any pornographic, illegal, racist, or hateful ideas against any groups of society. Please be mindful in choice of songs that this is a family event.
3. Performances will be held outside in the park. This event is a go rain or shine. Performance will take place in an open sided event tent.
4. This event will be promoted in the media and we will welcome photographs and video to be taken at the event. Your application gives consent to photograph and film you and your performance by HPPD staff and traditional and social media. Individuals may film you as well.
5. Electrical outlets and amplification equipment are not available. We recommend bringing a power bank, mic, amp, and speakers if needed. Performers are responsible for their own supplies and equipment.
6. Under no circumstances will The City Of Hamilton, HPPD (or any of it's committee members, contractors or volunteers) be held responsible or liable in any way for any claims, theft, damages, losses, expenses, costs, injury, or liabilities whatsoever.
7. HPPD is a family friendly event. Please ensure that the language and content of your performance is appropriate for all ages. Thank you!
