Ardagh Community Trust (ACT) is a member‑led
charity run by local people who care deeply about keeping the Ardagh a vibrant,
welcoming place for everyone. We manage the parts of the site covered by our
Community Asset Transfer Lease from Bristol City Council, while the Council
looks after the areas outside our lease.
ACT receives no regular funding from the Council or other
public bodies to run the site. Everything we do is powered by our social
enterprise, fundraising, membership, donations, and the services and facilities
we provide. This community‑powered model helps us deliver
what matters most: helping people feel happier and healthier, building stronger
connections, reducing inequality, celebrating inclusion, supporting learning
and confidence, and creating more opportunities for play, sport, arts, culture,
volunteering and community action.
We’re now asking local residents and site users to help
shape the next stage of the Ardagh’s future. Your views will guide our
priorities as we continue to regenerate the site for the benefit of everyone who
uses it. We’d love to hear from as many people as possible.
The survey is open until 7th February 2026, and
your feedback will help Trustees plan what comes next.
Thank you for taking a few minutes to share your thoughts
and support the future of the Ardagh.
