Here are some other details you need to be aware of before signing up for this program:
1. Training sessions are 2 times a week for 6 weeks. There are 2 session a semester and 4 sessions a year.
2. Sessions begin in Sept/ Late October / Early February / and Mid March
3. Commitment for full 6 weeks is necessary for participation.
4. Trainers are senior practicum students in the Exercise Science Program.
