2024 JCPS Elementary Cross Country Fee Form 

Registration/Rosters: $10 per athlete (regardless of how many meets they participate)

League fee will be based on your roster. Each program needs to have their rosters FINALIZED by Sept. 6th 2024. Make checks payable to JCPS Treasurer.

Mail to:  ATHLETICS DEPARTMENT, ATTN:  Leslie Lintelman, JC Cantrell Gymnasium. Please complete this entry form and submit it by 9/10/24.

ALL money should be sent to JCPS Treasurer through your schools bookkeeper. Please send a copy of this response with your payment.
