Outstanding Prerequisite Credit Re-Evaluation Request
If you believe that there are courses on your transcript(s) that were not counted toward your outstanding prerequisite credit requirement, please follow the instructions below.

Before submitting a request, please review the credit guide link listed below for more information on which courses can and cannot be accepted. Please note, course grades must be at least a C for undergraduate level, and B- for graduate level.

Clearly outline the requirement(s) you are requesting we re-evaluate including the course name, code, grade, and institution the credits are from. (Example: Math Liberal Arts Requirement:  MATH-101, College Algebra, 3 credits, B+, Seton Hall University). The New York Certification Team will not review your request without this information.
