Through events focused on Social Responsibility and Innovation, we gather like-minded food creators, lovers & entrepreneurs to create a community where thought leaders connect, share resources, and discuss solutions to the issues facing our industry.
The Singapore Government would like to acknowledge the Hawker Culture as an integral part of Singapore’s society. That is why they had nominated it to the UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage this year. However, current trend seems to show that Hawker Centres today are mainly patronised by the elderlies and families.
Hence, is the Hawker Culture at risk? What can we do to make it sustainable? This Dialogue session aims to highlight the key issues and brainstorm ideas for the future with the Hawker Culture ecosystem stakeholders.
