PTO laminates on MONDAYS! 💗

Please complete the following steps

1. Complete this form

2. Print your confirmation and attach it to your project

3. Place your ready-to-laminate project in the labeled basket next to the laminator by FRIDAY afternoon.

Projects submitted by Friday will be included in the upcoming Monday’s laminating. Please allow up to one week for turnaround, especially for large or grade-level projects.

Completed projects will be stored on the same shelf where you dropped it off.
