Before Your Meet & Greet
1. Complete Your Time To Pet Profile

Once your Meet & Greet is scheduled, you'll receive an invitation to create your Time To Pet account.

Please complete your profile before your appointment, including all required pet and owner information.
2. Bring House Keys (if applicable)

If we will be providing services that require access to your home, please bring two house keys to your Meet & Greet.

If you use a garage door code or smart lock, please have a backup method of entry available in case of a power or internet outage.
3. Have Your Emergency Contact Information Ready

Please have the name and contact information for an emergency contact available.

If you're traveling, your emergency contact should be someone who is not traveling with you and can assist if needed.
4. Vaccination Records
Please have current vaccination records available before services begin.
We require:

Rabies
-
DHPP (Distemper/Parvo)
-
Current titer test (accepted in place of DHPP if applicable)
If your dog is not up to date on required vaccinations, we are unable to provide services until they are.
5. What to Expect at Your Meet & Greet
Your Meet & Greet typically lasts 30–45 minutes.
During your visit, we will:

Give you a tour of our facility

Get to know you and your dog

Answer any questions you may have

Discuss the services that best fit your dog's needs

Help you set up and learn how to use the Time To Pet app
Please bring your smartphone with you, as we'll help you get everything set up. If you don't have a smartphone, we'll be happy to discuss alternative ways to manage your account.
To help make your Meet & Greet as productive as possible, please complete your Time To Pet profile and gather any required documents before your appointment.
