FITCHBURG Happy Dogz reservations
Thanks so much for taking a moment to confirm when you want to bring your dog to daycare. We are filling up again every day of the week, and each day have dogs showing up who we don't have down on the schedule, along with having a good amount on the schedule who don't show up.
We strongly recommend standing reservations, as it's the only way to ensure we'll have space for your dog. We do keep some spots open for those whose schedule makes this impossible, but you must still call ahead, even if it's the morning of, to make sure we have a spot open. As you can imagine, these can sometimes go very fast! When we reach capacity, we can't take any walk-ins and it's really terrible for both of us if we have to turn you away! Please remember to call or email if you need to cancel, when you have a reservation and are unable to make it. In short, we just need to know when you're coming and when you're not, to make sure the environment is safe for your dog!

I understand that you turn dogs away when you are full in order to maintain a proper dog to staff ratio, and because of this, you'll charge a no-show fee of $10 if I have a reservation and don't call or email 24 hours in advance to cancel (emergencies excluded).
