This confidential online form may be used to report suspected violations as it relates to UIL sanctioned activities. All reports may be made without fear of retaliation. Please indicate if you'd like to remain anonymous. Reports may be made, using this form, 24 hours per day, 7 days a week.

You will receive acknowledgement of your submission within one business day, Monday - Friday, and on the next business day, if the alleged violation is reported on the weekend or a school and or district holiday.
