Listening Exercise: St Albans Diocese
This Listening Exercise has been designed by the Race Justice Action Group (RJAG) in St Albans Diocese. It is part of a ‘fact-finding’ exercise to understand the extent of diversity and (race) discrimination that may exist in the context of our worshipping community.  The understanding gained from this exercise, which is being carried out across the Diocese, will help the diocese take steps to affect change and introduce preventive and remedial measures so that everyone has a full and flourishing experience worshipping in their Christian communities.

Everyone who considers St Mary's to be their church, no matter how regularly they attend worship, is invited to complete a survey. Complete as much as you can, feel free to skip questions if that feels right or best.
