Welcome to Neos Village, a model for a new way of being and living in harmony with ourselves, each other, and the Earth. 

Neos, standing for ‘new earth operating system’ is an embodied and courageous response to a time of poly-crisis on Earth and across all dimensions of life. 

It is a village, a center for transformation and learning, a pioneering laboratory where we collectively help to raise each other towards becoming heart-centred, skillful, response-able stewards of a more beautiful world. 

Those who are residents in the village and choose to participate actively in its development are invited to do so within a context of awareness, intention, and agreements (see the initial Community Social Agreement). 

Being part of this journey will be more of a frequency match for some than others, and we invite you to contemplate a series of reflective questions, that will increase consciousness around the mindset you bring, and level of alignment with this vision and its unfoldment. 

There is no wrong answer, and no judgement here - this is simply a tool to really feel the container of what we're creating.

The following three sets of statements are reflective of the three dimensions of life which we are constantly in relationship with, and which provides the basic framework for our flagship leadership program: Self, Relational, Environmental.

Here they are presented in relation to your approach to being a member of the village, from the more outer, practical level of village development, to the relational level of governance and conflict resolution, to the innermost level of your own being – whilst it becomes apparent how they are all interconnected.
