Join Chalkbeat's Reader Advisory Board
Serving on this board means you will guide our coverage, hold us accountable, and help us build strong relationships in the communities we cover. We're asking members to commit to a one-year term, which requires vocal participation in 60-minute video conference calls with Chalkbeat reporters and editors four times a year.
Between meetings, we ask RAB members to participate in our private Facebook Group to keep in touch and share stories from Chalkbeat and other news outlets that seem relevant to the group's shared interest. Our RAB members are Chalkbeat ambassadors in their communities; we rely on them to help spread the word about our work, and put us in touch with local folks and organizations we might be able to partner with down the road.
This is a rolling application. Please complete this short nine-question application and we'll be in touch soon.
