TULARE COUNTY HHSA REQUIRES ALL FOOD VENDORS TO SUBMIT HEALTH PACKETS 2 WEEKS PRIOR TO EVENT. ONCE PACKETS HAVE BEEN SUBMITTED; NO ADDITIONAL FOOD VENDORS CAN BE ADDED! Deadline in MARCH 1, 2018.

Booth rent is $15.00 Fees are due upon approval of your application (you will receive an email with a booth assignment and payment link)

EZ-ups are approved for use especially if you are planning to suspend lights above your sales area.
Use the online form below; All registrations must be reviewed by TDA to eliminate duplication of vendors.
FOOD VENDORS: You must have applicable permits.
ALL VENDORS: Please provide your own lighting and power. QUIET GENERATORS ARE APPROVED AND ARE RECOMMENDED: Some power on the street is available but may not be close to your booth. If you have a generator you are welcome to bring it.

The Beer Bus is much like a wine walk.
The Beer Bus is March 15, 2018 and includes several blocks of downtown Tulare.
Booths are set in clusters. When you sign up for your booth you will receive a notification as to which street and which cluster you're in.
We recommend setting booths with tables in a horseshoe pattern allowing customers to enter your booth. This pulls customers out of the ''traffic'' in front of your booth and gives you more face time talking to them.
While you set up your booth consider that yellow is the most effective display color. If possible, try to work the color yellow into your displays to increase your sales.
