Application for Enrollment of Irregular Subject
Please be guided by the steps provided below:
1. Fill up online Application for Request for Adding Subjects
2. The Academic Programs (AP) receives and endorses request to the Office of the
University Registrar (OUR) for evaluation of student status and subject pre-requisites.
The OUR furnishes the AP of the student evaluation for proper action.
3. The student request shall be forwarded to Department Head for review and for proper consolidation of requested subjects. The Head may enlist and add the student for available schedule and slot. The Head should consider the following:
a. Schedule is not conflict to the student
b. Subject enrolled is within the prescribe curriculum for this summer
c. If the student is graduating for this Semester, the student is allowed an additional of six (6) units for
4. Office of University Registrar (OUR) confirms enrolment and provides Certificate of Registration (COR) to respective College and will be made available for viewing through the Student Module of Web ERS
