2026 HEIBO Conference Registration
12th Annual HEIBO Conference taking place in person at Washington State University in Pullman, Washington.

Tuesday, October 13th & Wednesday, October 14th, 2026 
An optional pre-conference "no-host" meet and greet will be held in the afternoon on Monday, October 12th.

Registration Fee: Complete your registration by visiting the HEIBO Payment link (https://lac-umn.nbsstore.net/conference-registration) to pay the conference fee - $450 early bird or $500 after September 1st. The last day to register is Saturday, September 12, 2026.

Hotel Block: A block of rooms has been reserved at the Courtyard by Marriott Pullman for October 11th-15th, 2026. The rate is $154.00/night + taxes & fees and reservations can be made by visiting HEIBO Conference Courtyard by Marriot. The cutoff date is Saturday, September 12th, 2026.

Conference Topics: We are excited to offer sessions on best practices, AI tools, systems such as Concur, TerraDotta, Via TRM, and Tableau, professional development, currency fluctuations, projecting enrollment,  leading through change, and more!
