What is a Morrisby Practitioner Licence?
Career Guidance Professionals who wish to offer Morrisby Profile to their clients require a Morrisby Practitioner Licence. This licence allows you to use the Morrisby Profile service with your clients for a 12 month period. Your clients will have access to their own account on our web-based careers platform, complete with career information, study opportunities, a guidance report, and various tools and resources to assist in their career planning. As an Adviser, you will have access to your own Practitioner account on Morrisby where you can view and monitor your clients’ results, download reports, and access additional tools and resources to help you support your clients even more effectively.
Why have we introduced this?
This change has been introduced to ensure that all Practitioners have full access to the Morrisby career platform and are able to support their clients in the most effective manner. Practitioners will be able to tailor many aspects of the site for their clients and to access training and the extensive support library Morrisby offers.
Who is this suitable for?
Applications are welcomed from Careers Professionals who have:
- experience in the use of psychometric assessments, ideally to BPS RQTU (Level A)
- a minimum of a Level 5 qualification in Careers Guidance.
Training
It is essential that clients undertaking our assessments are supported by Practitioners who have a strong understanding of the Morrisby Profile as well as the other features of the site. Practitioners will need to attend a Morrisby Careers training session and a Morrisby Profile training session within the last three years. Please see:

The licence costs £125.00+VAT per annum and includes five free Morrisby Profile credits (worth £25.00+VAT each). On the renewal date, any unused Morrisby Profile credits will be rolled over to the next year's licence in addition to the five new credits applied on receipt of the renewal payment. Morrisby reserves the right to refuse renewal should they not be satisfied that the Practitioner is operating with the level of professionalism they would expect or in line with generally accepted best practice. To this end, Morrisby reserves the right to view Interview notes and other details lodged on the Practitioner‘s Morrisby account.
