Gut and Butt Challenge - 5/1 - 5/30
Challenge Details:

Complete abs and glute reps daily
Equipment optional but recommended: Dumbbells, resistance bands, step bench
Incorporate 30 minutes of cardio at 70% to 75% of MHR when you exercise
Drink 74 oz of water daily
Eat 1 salad daily (no creamy dressings)
Sleep 7 hrs/night minimum
