All persons wishing to address the ELAC during Matters From The Public Section, or to address a specific agenda item should complete and submit this speaker card to the ELAC Chairperson prior to commencement of the meeting. As determined by the Chairperson, speakers may be deferred until the specific item is taken for discussion. Remarks may be limited to two (2) minutes or less. Any handouts (10 copies required) must be given to the Chairperson prior to the meeting for distribution.
