Clinical History

A 88-year-old female is found on routine physical examination to have generalized lymphadenopathy.  She reported that she recently lost 10-pounds, night sweats, and a cough.

A CBC (complete blood count) and peripheral smear were obtained. Based on these results, flow cytometry was performed on the peripheral blood.
