We are building the Responsible Tech pipeline. Join our Slack group to be connected with a diverse range of individuals working toward co-creating a better tech future.
Our Slack workspace helps individuals in the Responsible Tech ecosystem connect with one another, discuss research, share events, learn about careers and job opportunities, and more.
Our definition for the Responsible Tech space focuses on limiting the harms of technology, diversifying the tech pipeline, and ensuring that technology is aligned with the public interest.
All Tech Is Human is a non-profit organization that is building the Responsible Tech pipeline; making it more diverse, multidisciplinary, and aligned with the public interest. We unite a broad range of stakeholders across civil society, government, and industry to co-create our tech future. Our flagship resource is the Responsible Tech Guide (ResponsibleTechGuide.com), which is aimed at college students, grad students, young professionals and career-changers that would like to have greater pathways into the emerging Responsible Tech ecosystem.
We are based in NYC and were founded in 2018. Please join us on Wed, December 1st as we hold our Responsible Tech Summit, which is an all-day online event to meet others in the field, hear from orgs doing valuable work, learn about careers in Responsible Tech, four panels, and plenty of opportunities to get plugged in. Our theory of change is that we can build a better tech future by changing the types of people involved in it. Since our founding in 2018, we have discovered that there is an immense passion from a diverse range of people from a variety of backgrounds to get involved in how technology is developed & deployed, but there are limited pathways for these individuals to get involved. That is the problem we are solving by building a more cohesive movement that is conducive for bringing in new voices.
Our Responsible Tech Job Board is a unique list of curated roles focused on reducing the harms of technology, diversifying the tech pipeline, and ensuring that technology is aligned with the public interest. We also recently started a Responsible Tech University Ambassadors program for university students who would like to assist others students at their university to get more involved in the emerging movement.
