Spring 2020 Class Transfer Form
Due to the continuing situation with COVID-19, all in-person classes at Hyde Park Art Center have been cancelled for spring 2020. However, we are excited for the opportunity to move our programs online! If you would like to transfer your registration to an online class, please fill out this form.

Please note: registration for our new online classes opens at 12pm noon on Wednesday, April 8.
