Please be aware that requests for Summer 2024 will not be processed until Summer Open Enrollment, which begins on Monday, April 1, 2024. Requests will not be accepted after Wednesday, May 22.
Submissions prior to Open Enrollment will not be processed.

This form is ONLY for NON-BUSINESS MAJORS submitting undergraduate course enrollment requests.
