The quickest way to cancel your membership is by logging into your MICO account, instructions can be found here: gymit.com/cancel IF you have already attempted to log into MICO and request your cancel and had a difficult time, you can request your cancellation below, but it will take a little longer this way.

Please note that all requests will be answered in the order in which they are received, and may take up to 72 hours to process.

Any Refunds that are approved may take up to 14 days for the funds to return to your account.

This is a 9-digit number beginning with 4845 or 4846. It may be the same your barcode #, but it isn't always. We typically include this number in any email communication. (sometimes it may begin with a "Zero" in which case it will be 10-digits.
