My child has my permission to attend Second Grade Fun Night on Friday, March 31, 2023 in the MTES gymnasium from 6:30-8pm . Students must be signed in and out of the party by a parent or other responsible adult. Parents will not be permitted to accompany their child into the cafeteria unless they have volunteered in advance. Siblings are not allowed.

Students are expected to conduct themselves in accordance with all school and CHAS rules and must assume and accept responsibility for their own behavior and for consequences of their misbehavior.  

Cell phones are not permitted. Any cell phones brought to this event will be confiscated and held by a chaperone until the end of the event. Parent chaperones will have cell phones available for student use in the event of an emergency.

No food will be provided or permitted into the event.
