The McCourt Foundation is proud to offer this unique opportunity to partner with us with the goal of helping many more "health" related nonprofit organizations. Additional details & requirements are as follows: 1. Applicant organizations must have 501(c)3 status and be "Health" related nonprofit organization 2. Applications open on Feb1st, 2017 to organizations only; no individuals please 3. Applications will be accepted through September 5th, 2017 *NOTE applications submitted after this date will not be considered 4. Organizations will be notified of decisions via email on a rolling basis 5. Accepted organizations must agree to: a. Terms and Conditions of the Partnership Program b. Sign a Partner Agreement (to be provided) c. Use CrowdRise as its exclusive online charitable fundraising platform d. After the event is completed the McCourt Foundation will donate 80% of what's raised directly to that cause. (excluding registration and CrowdRise fees) e. All of their team members commit to raising a minimum of $200 for their cause In consideration of applying for and being accepted to the McCourt Foundations Nonprofit Partnership Program , I hereby, for myself, my heirs, executors, and administrators, release and discharge the McCourt Foundation, their employees, volunteers, and consultants, the McCourt Foundation from all claims, damages, rights of action, present or future, whether the same be known, anticipated or unanticipated, resulting from or arising out of, or in incident to, our organizations or team members preparation for and participation in this event. f. All sign up fees to the event are not a part of the total raises of that organization and are the fees exclusive to the event host/TMF.
