Morris Grab and Go Lunch Sign-Up
Due to the school closure for COVID-19, we will be serving a Grab and Go lunch.  This will be a sack lunch provided to all students in grades K-12.  As part of our planning, we need to know how many parents would utilize this service.  We need you to sign-up now so we are ready.  Please fill out this quick Google Form to sign-up for the Grab and Go Student Lunch program for when school is closed due to COVID-19. YOU MUST FILL OUT THE FORM SEPARATELY FOR EACH CHILD YOU ARE REQUESTING A LUNCH.
