Fulmer Cup Proposals
The Fulmer Cup committee is looking to expand the scope of the Fulmer Cup, and we would like your input.

First, the committee is considering the addition of the "Heistman Award," which will be given in the event a Heisman Trophy winner is arrested (see below for a more detailed description). Additionally, the committee is considering whether to award bonus points to the team of a Heistman Award winner (e.g. Oklahoma for 2018 winner Kyler Murray).

Second, the committee is considering awarding bonus points to the team of the Harvey Updyke Award, which "commemorate[s] the biggest douchebag fan(s) in college football of the past season" (e.g. Ohio State for 2018 winner Buck-I-Guy). Note: this idea is still in the proposal stage.

Heistman Award Description
There are four proposed criteria for when the Heistman Award should be awarded:

1) Any arrests a Heisman Trophy winner has ever had, regardless of whether they occurred before or after their collegiate career

2) Any arrests a Heisman Trophy winner has had during their collegiate career, either before or after they win the Trophy

3) Any arrests a Heisman Trophy winner has at any time in their collegiate career after they win the Heisman

4) Any arrests that occur in the Fulmer Cup season immediately after the player winning the Heisman (e.g. Kyler Murray is arrested during this Fulmer Cup season)
