Monday (4/7/25)
  • Vendors may begin setting up after 7:00 PM 
Tuesday (4/8/25)
  • 7:30 - 8:30 AM Registration/Breakfast Buffet
  • 8:30 - 9:20 AM Welcome and Introductions
  • 9:30 AM - 4:20 PM Conference Sessions
Wednesday (4/9/25)
  • 7:00 - 8:00 AM Registration/Breakfast Buffett
  • 7:50 - 8:05 AM Welcome and Final Thoughts
  • 8:15 AM - 12:05 PM Conference Sessions

Tier 1 Vendor - $650
Registration includes: 1 - 8’ table (power strips, extension cords not included)
  • Wireless internet access within exhibit area
  • 2 company representatives – additional representatives will cost $140 each
  • Breakfast & lunch on day 1
  • Breakfast on day 2
Tier 2 Vendor - $850
Registration includes same items as Tier 1 PLUS: 
  • Advertisements in attendees’ welcome packet (vendor-provided brochures/flyers need to be received by steering committee prior to conference to be included) 
  • A third representative (additional representatives will cost $140 each)
  • Option to hold a session for product demo/sales*
*Space is limited for vendor sessions, and these will be scheduled on a first come, first serve basis. The deadline to reserve space for a vendor session is March 1, 2025.
