崇明國小建議回饋信箱
您可以透過本校意見回饋信箱連結頁面(網址：https://www.cmes.tn.edu.tw/modules/tadnews/page.php?ncsn=21&nsn=9740 )， 至建議回饋信箱寫信給校長與相關處室，在意見函投遞中需填寫您的基本資料(姓名、聯絡電話) 、Email信箱地址、建議主題、建議類別、信件主旨及內容。填寫完成後，請按下送出，輸入驗證碼後（形式由系統隨機產生），  即可完成信件寄送程序。
若您發信成功，將會收到確認信函。

When submitting your feedback, please fill in your basic information (full name, contact number), email address, subject of suggestion, category of suggestion, as well as the title and content of your message. After completing the form, please click “Submit” and enter the verification code (randomly generated by the system) to complete the submission process.
If your message is successfully sent, you will receive a confirmation email.
