Howells Public Schools Foundation Scholarship Application - Due April 15, 2025

The Howells Public Schools Foundation will be awarding two $1000.00 scholarships this year. We encourage Howells-Dodge Seniors to apply. If you are a recipient of a scholarship, you will be notified of the award and amount. The scholarship money will be mailed to your college financial aid office for the 2nd semester. Please send a schedule of your 2nd semester classes to Connie Dostal after you have registered for classes.

Directions:

1. Make a copy of this form and complete the application questions listed below.

2. Attach a copy of your high school transcripts and resume' to this application.

3. Write a short essay telling us how Howells-Dodge Schools has prepared you for college and what your goals and plans are following your college graduation.

4. Print out and give the application and attachments to Mr. Jordan Brabec, Guidance Counselor by April 15.
