If you would like to be put on the AkaiCon waitlist please fill out this form. You will be contacted only if a booth space becomes available for your business.
Please understand we do not know ahead of time if space will become available or when it will be available if a booth does open up. We may contact you at a time that no longer accommodates your schedule and we completely understand if you cannot claim the booth space! If you are contacted, our booths options will be limited to what has become available - pricing and additional information is listed below.
The last day to accept payment from our accepted Artists & Vendors is April 1, 2024. After this date we will purge any applicants who have not paid, and booth spaces may become available.

"Corner Booth" - Have two display sides along the Attendee walkway.
