Upon completion Registration Services staff will contact you as soon as possible. When you receive our call and/or email, please contact us within the stated time periods or your camper may lose their space. Our team is working away at processing registrations as fast as possible, however, due to large submission volumes it will take us a little while. We appreciate your patience. If you will be applying for Financial Assistance, it is extremely important that you immediately submit your required documentation. Your camper's space depends on this being completed in a timely fashion, your assistance is greatly appreciated.
Required documents have not changed from last year. Funds available to support campers are raised through donations to the Y's Strong Kids campaign. Available funding amounts fluctuate from year to year. Everyone must pay a portion of their camp fees.
We can not process your registration until we have received your documents. We require for all adults in the household:- 2017/2018 Notice of Assessment- Current pay stubs (previous month)- Some situations may require additional documentation
