A survey on O Canada!
Welcome to our questionnaire - we invite you to share your thoughts on Canada's national anthem!

This questionnaire was designed by Eleni Pappas and Beatrice Nkundwa, in the Public History program experiential learning course at York University, who were placed at the Canadian Language Museum in spring 2021. The survey complements the exhibition Anthem: Expressions of Canadian Identity - Canadian Language Museum which was presented at the Museum in fall 2023, and is available virtually.

The Canadian Language Museum would like to encourage members of the community to discuss O Canada. We want to know what you think about the national anthem, the lyrics, and how it defines Canadian identity.

* All responses are anonymous and are collected in confidence with your submission. All questions are optional and we encourage you to respond with as little or as much detail as you see fit.
