A survey on O Canada!
Welcome to our questionnaire - we invite you to share your thoughts on Canada's national anthem!

This questionnaire was designed by Eleni Pappas and Beatrice Nkundwa, in the Public History program experiential learning course at York University. As part of our apprenticeship, we have a placement with Dr. Elaine Gold at the Canadian Language Museum. This survey complements the upcoming exhibition "Anthem: Expressions of Canadian Identity" which will be available virtually in April 2021, and will open in fall 2021.

The Canadian Language Museum would like to encourage members of the community to discuss O Canada. We want to know what you think about the national anthem, the lyrics, and how it defines Canadian identity.

* All responses are anonymous and are collected in confidence with your submission. All questions are optional and we encourage you to respond with as little or as much detail as you see fit.
