Any Active or provisional member may present a written petition to the Standards Board charging another Active or provisional member as being remiss or negligent in his responsibilities as a member of Triangle or as an officer in Triangle. Petitions must be filed within one week of the petitioning member becoming aware of an event or incident.

The Standards Board does not address matters involving Alumni. Contact the Alumni Board if there is an issue involving an alumnus.

Please answer honestly and keeping in mind the principles of Triangle from Ritual. Before filling out this form, it is recommended that you have tried to speak to the Brother about his conduct privately as recommended by Triangle's Ritual.
