Get-in-Gear events are programming opportunities that may include one or a combination of the following options

Information Session (in-person)- Employer representative(s) will present an overview of the organization and opportunities for students (general 1 hour in length)
Information Session (virtual)- Employer representative(s) will present an overview of the organization and opportunities for students (general 1 hour in length)
Recruiter- in- Residence (in-person)- Employer representative(s) meet with students on a 1-on-1 basis and serves as a career advisor. Meeting examples include: resume reviews & career/job Q &A session.
Recruiter- in- Residence (virtual)- Employer representative(s) meet with students on a 1-on-1 basis and serves as a career advisor. Meeting examples include: resume reviews & career/job Q &A session.
Pre recorded Classroom visit- Employer representative(s) will record an overview of the organization and opportunities available (similar to the Information session option above). Employers will also have the option to set up virtual walk in hours for students to meet and ask questions during preset time.
