Trainer
Sanggari Krishnan is a lecturer and trainer with 8 years of experience in teaching in the field of psychology. She completed her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology at Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman (UTAR) and is currently pursuing Doctoral Degree (PhD) at Universiti Malaysia Sabah (UMS).
Sanggari started her career at Syeun Hotel in the human resources department upon completion of her studies. During her tenure there, she was assigned to various areas of human resources from hiring to payroll. She also worked as an event coordinator and analyst before embarking on the teaching profession. She also has experience as a financial planner.
Upon completion of her Master’s Degree, she ventured into the field of training and consultancy. She became a certified trainer under HRD Corp and conducted both in-house and public training courses. She is well-versed in customer service, conflict management, effective communication, teaching skills and other major concerns of the working environment such as job satisfaction, turnover intention, emotional exhaustion, creativity and etc. Her signature competency is her ability to engage and adapt to the team members to produce the targeted results at any level or area.
Sanggari has conducted training in various fields such as education, sales, marketing, career planning and hospitality. She has also conducted various talks at her workplace and other organizations to share her knowledge of industrial and organisational psychology. Furthermore, she is also an appointed External Reviewer for the Diploma in Psychology Programme at College UNIKOP, Cyberjaya where she provides ideas to improve the course standard. Born in Perak, Sanggari is a nature and pet lover. She loves reading books about motivation, self-development, and also home decoration. Sanggari is a people-oriented individual with many treasures to share. She is young at heart and a unique individual. Her warm personality allows her to connect with others with great ease.
