Registration Confirmation *
Registration is now open on a first-come-first-served basis. Email confirmation will be provided upon receipt of completed form and payment. No refund will be made, unless a class is cancelled due to insufficient numbers. You will be informed when the class reaches the minimum number requirement. All payments must be made upon registration. Places are awarded on a first come, first served basis.
Terms & Conditions *
At the close of each session, guardians will be required to pick the students up from the venue. In the event of a Typhoon 3 signal or Red/Black rainstorm warning (unless lowered 2 hours before the session is scheduled to commence), other bad weather situations or an increasing number of influenza cases, the session/s will be cancelled and the lesson fee will be deducted from the next term’s enrolment. No credit will be given for a student who misses a session for any other reason. Guardians will be contacted via SMS text message at least 45 minutes prior to session commencement if cancellation is to be made. Children and guardians shall obey the rules and regulations governing the venue facilities. Minisport may use photos or videos taken during sports classes for use in promotional materials and on our website. These photos or videos will not be passed onto third parties. If you do not wish us to use photos or videos that include your children, please contact us at info@minisport.hk As this is a public venue, we cannot guarantee availability every week. If the venue is unavailable, full refunds for that session will be offered.
Liability Waiver *
I hereby affirm that my child is in good physical condition to exercise. His/her participation is purely voluntary and in no way mandated by Minisport or the programme partners. Also, I understand that he/she can stop anytime if he/she has any discomfort or even without any particular reason. In no event shall Minisport, their officers, employees, or agents be held liable for any injury, death, or property loss which he/she may suffer during the activities if caused by either his/her own negligence, inadequacies in health and fitness, or by accident.
