In addition to cash sponsorships, there are numerous ways you can participate through in-kind donations. The range of possibilities is wide-open. Only paid levels are shown above. All in-kind sponsorship levels will be negotiated separately. Below are some examples of past in-kind sponsorships.

• Catering for volunteers and entertainment

Along with our general sponsorship levels, we have several specific requests we're looking to meet. You would be recognized specifically for sponsoring these items.

$2,500 for Interpreters (select Emerald or above)
Interpreters help make our festival more accessible for our community members. We will have interpreters available during our stage entertainment and for our educational programming.

$1,200 for Event Programs/Maps (select Gold or above)
To make navigating the festival easier and more interactive, we're looking to partner with PocketMaps, a queer-owned business that specializes in unique event maps. They have also agreed to give us a 20% discount.

$1,000 for our Volunteer Zone (select Gold or above)
Ames Pridefest wouldn't be possible without a huge team of awesome volunteers and we want to take care of and thank them for their hard work. This sponsorship would pay for meals and refreshments during the event.

$500 for Event Insurance (select Spark or above)
In order to protect our attendees and Ames Pride, we always carry event insurance during Ames Pridefest. Help us keep everyone safe at pridefest.
